History Magazine is available by subscription, on some
newsstands and at a few genealogical or specialty supply outlets. To subscribe,
visit our online store to start receiving History Magazine at
your home. History Magazine can also be found on certain
newsstands, including Barnes and Noble, Chapters (in Canada) and
a few others.
History Magazine is also available in single-copy and subscription formats for Apple mobile devices through the Apple iTunes store, and for Android devices through the Android app store (see our homepage for links to these separate sites). Single-copy and subscription sales for iTunes and Android devices are not handled by Moorshead Magazines and, as such, we cannot answer questions about purchases for these formats. In the US and Canada, you may subscribe for one year for $22.95, two years
for $39.95. For Canadian orders, add GST, HST or QST where applicable.
Outside of the US and Canada, you may subscribe for one year
for $45, two years for $80 (prices
in US dollars).

Yes, there is no risk. If History Magazine fails to
meet your needs, or live up to the promises we have made,
you are entitled to a refund on all unmailed copies for any
reason or no reason. Any refund will be made promptly and
cheerfully. We also refund the shipping portion of your order.
can I expect my first issue?
Once we receive your order, we process it immediately. The
standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks. If you order your new
subscription in the first month of the issue, your subscription
will start with the current issue. For example, if you subscribed
in May, your first issue would be the Summer issue. New
subscriptions ordered in the latter month of an issue will
start with the following issue. For example, if you subscribed
in June, your first issue would be the Fall issue.
in the month will my magazine arrive?
We try to arrange for the magazines to be on the newsstands
and for subscribers to receive their copies on the first day
of the first month on the cover (i.e., Spring issue
on 1 February). Usually everyone has had received the magazine
by the first of the month, and many of them get it two weeks
if my magazine doesn't arrive?
